Jay, Founder
Jay began servicing pools in Lakewood in 1985, learning the trade from his cousin who built his own successful pool service company. From the very beginning, Jay believed that doing the job right and treating customers like family was the foundations of a lasting business.
The mid-1990s, Jay moved his family to the Temecula Valley with a dream of growing something of his own. After earning his contractors' license, he expanded into building and remodeling pools, pouring his heart into every project. His reputation was built the old-fashioned way through hard work, integrity, and word of mouth.
Family has always been at the center of everything Jay did. He built his business on strong family values, honesty, and quality craftsmanship, proudly passing his knowledge and passion down to his daughter, Jayme.
Jayme, Owner
Following Jay's passing in late 2025, Jayme proudly stepped into the role of owner of Jay's Pool and Spa, Inc., continuing the legacy her dad built with dedication and heart.
Jayme has been part of the business for over 25 years, learning side by side with her father. She has worked every aspect of the company- from servicing pools and handling repairs to digging trenches for plumbing and completing all the electrical on new builds and remodels. In recent years, she managed the construction crews, seeing projects from start to finish.
Her hands-on experience, strong work ethic, and deep understanding of the trade reflects the values her father instilled in her. Jayme is honored to carry on his legacy and remains committed to serving families throughout the Temecula Valley with same integrity, quality craftsmanship, and personal care that have defined the company for decades.
Today, that same commitment to excellence and personal service continues with every pool they care for and create.
